AXIOM TrueNorth attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy informs you about how we collect, use and protect your data when you use our website.

This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (as amended).

The data controller is:

We collect the following types of data, exclusively when you use our forms or the server diagnostic:

• Identification data: name, first name
• Contact details: email address; phone number (quote form only)
• Professional data: name of your organization or company, optional (quote form only)
• Project data: contact form: project type, estimated budget and message; quote form: selected services and configuration settings, subscription preference and message
• Technical data: IP address, used to limit the number of requests per hour (forms and diagnostic): it is then kept only as a pseudonymised fingerprint (keyed hash), deleted by the next automatic cleanup. A similar fingerprint, never the address itself, is written to the server's error log when a security check fails (invalid token) or a pricing anomaly is detected on a quote request; it stays there only as long as needed to analyse an incident, then is erased
• Connection logs: kept by our hosting provider for one year, in accordance with article 6-II of the French LCEN. AXIOM TrueNorth only accesses them in the event of a security incident, and uses them for no other purpose

The price estimator (Estimate page) runs entirely in your browser: the pricing range calculation (site type, number of pages, sector, chosen options) is performed locally, and your answers are never sent to our server.

The server diagnostic (Proof page) sends the domain you choose to enter to our server, so it can connect to that domain itself to check its SSL certificate, HTTPS redirection, and security headers. That domain is not necessarily your own and is never retained after the result is displayed.

Your data is used for:

• Respond to your contact and quote requests
• Manage customer relationships and project follow-up
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of the site
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

The processing of your data is based on:

• The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (quote request)
• Your explicit consent when submitting the contact form
• Our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse (request rate limiting)

We retain your data for:

• Contact data: 3 years after last contact
• Project data: contract duration + 5 years (legal obligations)

The price estimator and the server diagnostic retain no data at all: the calculation and its result only exist for the duration of your visit.

Your data is not shared with any third parties, except:

• To necessary technical providers (hosting, email tools)
• To legal authorities in case of regulatory obligation

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

This site sets two technical cookies. The first, named language, is only set if you choose a language yourself using the site's language selector: it then keeps track of the language you browse in (French, English, or Spanish), to display the maintenance page and to write the confirmation e-mail for your requests in that language. The second, named theme, remembers the site's appearance you chose (dark, light, or original). Both are stored for 1 year and are never combined with audience measurement or advertising tracking.

As these two cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly requested (displaying the site in the language and appearance you chose yourself), they are exempt from the requirement to obtain prior consent, in accordance with the CNIL's guidelines on cookies and other trackers (deliberation No. 2020-091 of 17 September 2020) and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, which transposes Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. This is why this site does not display a consent banner.

The quote cart additionally uses your browser's local storage (key axiom_cart_v2) to keep your selection from one page to the next. That information stays on your device until you submit the form, is tied to no identifier, and disappears as soon as you clear your selection or your browser's site data. Like a shopping cart, it is strictly necessary to the service you requested and therefore requires no prior consent.

No audience-measurement, tracking, or advertising cookie is set on this site.

You can configure your browser to refuse these cookies, but you will then need to reselect your language and theme on every visit.
